1. What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you live outside of Canada, your financial institution will convert the total to your currency for you after payment.

2. Can your keepsakes be made with different fabric/clothing?
Yes! We have used everything from baby outfits, adult sweaters, pillow cases, quilts, even school uniforms. We cannot use real fur, leather, lace or sheer fabric. If you have any questions about whether your fabric will work, please contact us before ordering.

3. How long will it take to get my order?
Our production turnaround time for most orders is 6 weeks from our receipt of your fabric. For orders of more than 4 items, that timeline can be extended up to 8 weeks, depending on our current workload.

4. Can I get a discount if I order more than one item?
Though we do not discount individual items, we do combine shipping costs on multiple items in the same order.

5. Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. If you are located outside of Canada or the US, please contact us for a shipping quote for your order.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs to and from Nestling Kids Keepsakes depends entirely on your location and the size of your parcel. Customers find that sending their fabric by postal service (Canada Post/USPS) to be the most reliable and economical. All orders are dispatched from Oliver, BC, Canada or occasionally Toronto, ON, Canada by Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping & handling fees start at $17+
