LOCAL? We offer optional fabric pickup and order delivery within our delivery area

We ship from Penticton, BC, to Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. We cannot ship weighted bears to Australia or New Zealand.
Due to increasingly complicated tax and import laws, we no longer ship to other regions.
Shipping rates will display in shopping cart at check out, before payment.

We ship once weekly. All items are shipped via Chit Chats with tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items while they are in the possession of Canada Post, USPS or courier company, and we cannot guarantee their delivery times.

Tracking and insurance are included for all purchases. Signature may be required at delivery for orders valued over $200. In the event of loss, theft or damage while in transit, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We can replace items at our discretion under certain circumstances of defect or damage. In case of damage incurred during shipping, please take photos immediately of all damage of the item, as well as the packaging from all angles and email them to info@nestlingkids.com. We will work with you and the shipping company to come to a resolution. 

Please double check your mailing address before completing your order. Should your order be returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be invoiced for the return shipping fee imposed by Canada Post/UPS/USPS/Chit Chats + the new shipping fee + $1 in order to resend your order to the correct address.

POLICIES

All of our memory bears and keepsake items are handmade to order with care.

We routinely make orders of 5-20 memorial animals. Our process and pricing remains the same regardless of the number of items ordered.

Once a memory bear is ordered, we will email our mailing address and instructions within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email after 24 hours. Please ship your recently laundered fabric to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive your tracking number proving your fabric is on its way to us within one week of purchase.

Please include your order number and any specific requests for the fabric not included in your order notes with your fabric. We will do our best to follow your requests whenever possible. We DO NOT refer back to messages when working on your order.

By purchasing a memory bear, keepsake animal or memory pillow, you are reserving a spot in our workflow schedule, and once that schedule is full we close for new orders for a time. We require fabric be sent in promptly after payment to keep our timelines fair and accurate. We require you to provide us with your postal service tracking number within a week of your order or we will cancel your order without further notice.

STAINS: Please send freshly laundered, stain- and damage-free fabric for your keepsake. We will try to avoid using stained parts of your fabric whenever possible, though with baby clothes we generally cannot avoid using any part of the clothing. Stains can become more darker and more pronounced when we prepare your fabric for sewing and will be noticeable on the completed keepsake.

Payment must be made in full before we can begin making your order. We accept Paypal, credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay through Shopify's secure payment processor.

Nestling Keepsakes is located in a home with an adorable dog and a cozy wood stove. Items are meant for display purposes only. Wash with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, so please ask questions before buying. Due to the customized nature of all Nestling Keepsakes items, returns will not be accepted.  We can replace items at our discretion under certain circumstances of defect or damage - please see the shipping policy above for details.

Gift cards do not have an expiry date and are not refundable under any circumstance.
