Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Canada and the United States. Due to increasingly complicated tax and import laws, we no longer ship outside of Canada and the US. Please scroll down for local delivery options for the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys.
We ship weekly by Canada Post, UPS or USPS via Chit Chats. We cannot be responsible for items while they are in the possession of Canada Post, USPS or courier company, and we cannot guarantee their delivery times.
Tracking is included for all purchases. Signature may be required at delivery for orders valued over $200. In the event of loss, theft or damage while in transit, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We can replace items at our discretion under certain circumstances of defect or damage. In case of damage incurred during shipping, please take photos immediately of all damage of the item, as well as the packaging from all angles and email them to email@example.com. We will work with you and the shipping company to come to a resolution.
Please double check your mailing address before completing your order. Should your order be returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be invoiced for the return shipping fee imposed by Canada Post/UPS/USPS/Chit Chats + the new shipping fee + $1 in order to resend your order to the correct address.
We offer a fabric drop off and pick up spot in Penticton 7 days a week, in addition to optional fabric pickup and order delivery within our delivery areas:
-Okanagan Valley from Okanagan Falls to Summerland, including Naramata

Just choose "LOCAL Delivery" as your shipping method at checkout. After you complete your order we will email you within 24 hours to arrange drop off, pick up or mailing of your fabric.
*Delivery is not available to remote or mountain addresses (Apex, Baldy, etc.)
